美國奧委會與世界遊泳教練員協會執行理事劃清界線

John Leonard是美國世界游泳教練員協會執行理事，昨晚在另一賽事中打破奧運紀錄的“超級姑娘”葉詩文，被他描述成“不可思議的”和“令人不安的”。 同時他特別指出中國可能使用了基因操縱來提高成績。

葉詩文通過藥檢後，美國奧委會馬上聯繫中國奧委會，說這個教練Leonard與他們毫無關聯。

The US Olympic Committee (USOC) has distanced itself from Mr Leonard's comments.
"We are reaching out to the Chinese and their Olympic committee to ensure they know that this gentleman [Mr Leonard] is not part of our delegation, USA Swimming or the US Olympic Committee," the USOC member said.
